1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using XOP PBX services provided by XOP Networks, Inc., you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Service Description

XOP PBX provides cloud-based business phone system services, including but not limited to voice calls, conference calling, web conferencing, and related telecommunications services.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Use the service only for legitimate business purposes

4. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, XOP Networks, Inc. does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. Scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs may result in temporary service interruptions.

5. Payment Terms

Services are billed according to the selected plan. Payment is due in advance on a monthly or annual basis as specified in your service agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

XOP Networks, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all rights and obligations shall cease except those that by nature should survive.
